Kun Khmer International FederationOn the road to the Olympic Games
The Kun Khmer International Federation is the global governing body for Kun Khmer — unifying nations, raising standards, and building toward Olympic recognition for Cambodia's ancient art of the ring.
One sport, one standard, one Olympic vision

Kun Khmer is more than a combat sport — it is a living expression of Cambodian heritage, refined over centuries and carried with pride into the modern ring.
The Kun Khmer International Federation exists to protect that legacy and help it grow with credibility: building international partnerships, unifying the rules of competition, creating trusted global rankings, improving fighter safety, and promoting the art of Kun Khmer across the world.
The International Standard for Kun Khmer
The Kun Khmer International Federation regulates, protects, and advances Kun Khmer in all its forms. We work to keep it a respected martial art and a credible global sport, with professional standards for competition, officiating, and athlete safety so that every bout held under our banner can be trusted anywhere in the world.
We unite national federations under one governing body, recognising the styles, lineages, and traditions that define the sport across Cambodia and beyond. World rankings, championship pathways, event sanctioning, and international cooperation give fighters, promoters, and member nations a shared framework to develop within.
Throughout, the KIF upholds the ancient heritage of Kun Khmer while supporting its growth worldwide, carrying Cambodia’s art of the ring toward the recognition it deserves on the world stage.
